Floor Plans and Reflected Ceiling Plans:

Essential for interior designers, architects, and contractors, floor plans and reflected ceiling plans (RCP's) provide precise, scaled representations of spaces. Generated from an E57 point cloud with 0.2% accuracy, these drawings detail walls, doors, windows, and ceiling elements, ensuring accurate project planning and execution.

Cost (CAD):

Floor Plans: Starting at $152, based on square footage
Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs): Starting at $125, depending on surface area and ceiling finish.

What's included:

The Point Cloud Bundle comprises a collection of resources that can be downloaded as a .ZIP file and imported into a third-party 3D program such as 3ds Max, ReCap, Revit, or AutoCAD. It includes:

.XYZ - Colorized point cloud
.PDF & .JPG - Reflected ceiling plan image
.PDF & .JPG - High-resolution floor plan image
.OBJ - 3D mesh file, along with the texture map image files

Cost (CAD):

$179 / scan for the .XYZ file

$365 / scan for the .E57 file, a high-density colorized point cloud offering 10 times the level of detail as a XYZ-derived file.

** This feature is particularly valuable for architects, engineers, and construction professionals who wish to perform additional tasks on the model in their third-party program and offer the resulting product as part of a commercial package to clients. **

What's included:

This package simplifies the process of creating 3D models by leveraging data from our as-built reality captures. Our service eliminates the need for manual scan translation and provides your teams with LOD 200 BIM files to jumpstart the initial documentation and design assets.

This package is delivered in .RVT (Revit 2020) or .SKP (SketchUp) formats

Cost (CAD):

Interior Architecture = $0.17 / SF + $365 for E57 point cloud

Details: Includes fundamental components of the building's internal structure, including walls, doors, stairs, and windows. This option provides you with a solid foundation to work with.

Interior Architecture and MEP = $0.50 / SF + $365 for E57 point cloud

Details: Obtain generic models of existing conditions, modeled to size, of interior architecture and visible MEP systems, including but not limited to mechanical equipment, piping, plumbing, and electrical outlets.

TruePlan enables insurance restoration professionals to import a model into Xactimate® as an .SKX file, eliminating the need to manually measure and sketch losses. This time-saving solution allows for faster and more accurate processing of insurance claims. This includes:

2D and 3D designs
Floor plan
Accurate sketches in a single click
Add notes and tags as required

There is a 24-48 hours turnaround.

Tier 1 (<999 SF) : $ 239 / per file

Tier 2 (1,000 - 3,999 SF) : $ 476 / per file

Tier 3 (4,000 - 9,999 SF); $ 896 / per file

Tier 4 (10,000 - 25,000 SF) : $ 1,630 / per file
